Seven Habits People That Have Strong Memorize


People that have strong memorize have some habits that they will not miss each day. Practicing the habit may make you become one of their strong recall power. Protect and enhance/increase the ability of the brain is very easy. Enough to train some small habits and change life patterns that are not good. The brain will remain alive even if it continues to be trained to increase their ability and use.
An online survey conducted by Australian researchers on the 29 500 respondents who have been selected and included categories of people who have a strong memory. The respondents
previously underwent several memory tests such as remembering the events of 1, 5 or 20 years ago, memorizing a shopping list, remembering faces, names and their jobs. The researchers also analyzed the patterns of life and the daily diet. Finally, after doing some analysis, the researchers find and conclude SEVEN HABITS of people with a strong memory. Here seven simple habits of those who are helpless strong remember that you can apply daily to boost your brain power.
1.      Not consume alcohol.
Those with a strong memory was seldom consume alcoholic drinks, because there are alcohol can damage the nervous system and weaken the ability of the brain.

2.      Watching television is not more than one hour per day
People that have strong memorize rarely seen spectacle that is not too important, except the spectacle of nature to educate. They are more often read than watch.

3.      Often read novels.
By reading the novel, the brain will be trained to think, and guessing what will happen. Novel plot that twist will make the brain continues to think but in the form of the brain that is more interesting adventure and fun.

4.      Always crossed and cross-connecting data.
The ability of the brain will continue to increase when the data that goes into it is connected to another. With connecting link like that, a data is stored and embedded in a more powerful brain.


5.      Never forget to consume fish.
Fish is a source of protein known to function regenerate dead cells. Brain cells must continue to be regenerated. Some species of fish such as salmon and sardines contain 3 omega  which is very good for the development of brain cells and the ability to remember someone.

6.      Drinking tea or coffee.
Tea and coffee contain caffeine which can stimulate the heart and brain to keep awake and work even better. However, excessive consumption, especially coffee can be dangerous. Drink a dose of perspective.

7.      Always make a note in the form of a journal or a small notebook.
The data that goes into our brains without carrying may attach to and maybe not attach. However, if the data is recorded, so we can look back when forgotten. Noting the fact, also can increase the brain's ability to memorize up to 20 percent.
